Terms of Service

Please review these binding Terms of Service carefully prior to utilizing the security and assessment tools provided by MeemSoft.

1. Binding Agreement

By accessing the Meemsoft site or running automated diagnostics, you acknowledge full compliance with these terms. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you are not authorized to use our platform.

2. Authorized Testing Boundaries

You are strictly limited to running scans against networks, web assets, and applications that belong to you or for which you possess explicit, documented authorization to evaluate. Unsanctioned vulnerability probing of external networks is unlawful and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) along with international cyber laws.

Whenever you queue a target URL, you affirm and guarantee that you hold all required administrative rights or approvals to initiate penetration testing on that asset.

3. Restricted Conduct

Subscribers and visitors must not utilize the Meemsoft platform to:

• Target endpoints, servers, or web applications without verified operational permission
• Launch distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts or impair network services
• Carry out unlawful hacking activities or facilitate unauthorized exploits
• Sub-license, commercialize, or re-distribute access to our scanner engine
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or breach our platform's defense mechanisms

4. Free Assessment Credits

Newly registered accounts are credited with 3 complementary evaluation scans. Free scans yield an abbreviated report summary. Full-scope vulnerability reporting requires an active paid tier. Free credits expire periodically and cannot be transferred to other users.

5. Paid Tier Billing Policy

Paid scanning assessments are billed per execution. Transactions are non-refundable once processed, except in instances where a service failure is validated on our end. Unused scanning credits expire automatically 12 months post-purchase without compensation.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Meemsoft tools are supplied on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not promise that our scanners will uncover every potential exploit or bug within your assets. Automated scanning is an assistive measure and does not replace dedicated human security audits.

7. Liability Restrictions

MeemSoft , alongside its affiliates, bears no liability for secondary, punitive, incidental, or operational damages resulting from platform usage. Our total cumulative liability for any dispute will never exceed the total dollar amount paid for the specific scan instance in question.

8. Ownership of Diagnostic Outputs

Generated scan reports are licensed solely for your internal operations or enterprise defense. You may not sell, publish, or publicly distribute diagnostic outputs without express authorization from MeemSoft.

9. Terms Modifications

We maintain the right to amend these operational terms whenever necessary. Continued interaction with Meemsoft following public updates indicates your binding consent to the revised terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms and any related claims shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, independent of conflict of law principles.
