Job Description:

As an Admin Executive at MemmSoft, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will handle a variety of tasks, including office management, communication, and coordination of administrative activities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and managing inquiries.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assistance: Provide support with various projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
