We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. As a Senior Business Analyst at meemsoft, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and ensure that solutions align with business goals. You will lead analysis efforts and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strategy Development: Develop and present strategic recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage business analysis projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery and strategy development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, and industry trends.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
